Hatha Yoga Classes
Gentle, Beginner, General, Intermediate and Advanced Levels
The style of Glenda’s unique Hatha Yoga Classes is a slow, smooth, natural style evolved through a long teaching career. Yoga classes include postures, postural alignment, bandhas, mudras, benefits of postures, and conclude with 10 minutes of relaxation.
Glenda has established two successful yoga centres and has also developed a wide level of experience and capability from previously teaching yoga in corporate venues, community centres and gyms. Teaching prenatal yoga and running yoga classes for those with past injuries including back and neck, knee and other problems have also contributed to her experience.
Postures can be tailored to suit where necessary.
Classes are designed to stretch, strengthen and to release stress from the body.
There is an unhurried fluidity and flow to the classes which conclude with 10 minutes of relaxation or yoga nidra. You will feel stretched and energized, sleep comfortably and leave with a sense of wellbeing.
Beginner yoga is for those new to Yoga and those who would like to ease back into their yoga practice or just find that this is the right level for them.
These classes are for those with some experience with yoga postures and who would like to be practising at a level above Beginners.
Advanced yoga is for those who would like to join classes to develop and practice stronger postures. Students work to their capability while postures are more challenging than at an Intermediate Level.
